SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the text messages sent by D3 Transportation and Logistics LLC (“D3 Transportation”). By giving us your mobile number when you book a ride, you agree to them.

The program

D3 Transportation sends text messages about private car service rides in Brunswick County & the Carolina coast.

What we send

• Ride messages. Confirmation that your ride is booked, updates as it progresses (driver assigned, on the way, arriving) and notice if it is cancelled.
• One-time codes. A six-digit code when you sign in to see your own rides.
• Promotional messages, only if you asked for them. These are a separate opt-in, ticked by you, and never a condition of booking a ride.

How often

Msg frequency varies. You will receive messages related to the rides you book. For a typical ride that is a confirmation and a small number of status updates. We do not send messages on a fixed schedule.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop sending them. We will send one final message to confirm you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You may also call us on (919)824-2406, email D3beachsidecarservice@yahoo.com, or tell your driver. Any reasonable way of telling us counts, and we will record it.

Stopping text messages does not cancel a ride you have booked. If we cannot text you, we will call you instead.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help. We will reply with our name and how to reach us. You can also contact us directly on (919)824-2406 or D3beachsidecarservice@yahoo.com.

Carriers are not liable

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages depend on your mobile carrier’s network and on your handset. We cannot guarantee that a message will arrive, or arrive on time, and neither we nor your carrier is responsible for a message that is delayed, lost or not delivered. If a ride detail matters, call us.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major US mobile carriers. Carrier support can change and is outside our control.

Your privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or your messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it, and our Terms of Service for the rides themselves.
